Wiz bulbs are visible in Homy, but no responsing

Can anyone assist? Our Wiz bulbs all of a sudden have stopped working with homey - but can be controlled fine through the Wiz app.

So the bulbs just don’t respond to commands from Homey? Or are they marked with a red exclamation mark?

Also, which Homey model do you have? Homey Cloud or Homey Pro?

everything looks fine, no errors or bugs. I can press turn on and off the wiz lights on my phone, but the lights don’t respond. I see on reddit that several people got this error at the same time.

I got Homey Pro

I just checked with an old WiZ bulb and it is also not connecting here. It doesn’t even link to the WiZ mobile app, it’s shown as Offline. That’s a server issue then, will probably get resolved soon

Edit: the bulb did get online now, but controlling it from Homey is very slow. I think there are server issues, but you can try to restart the WiZ app on Homey at More->Apps->WiZ Connected->Settings (top right corner)->Restart

I have tried restarting the wiz app, but it didn’t help. It’s probably a server issue.

I also got an offline message on the wiz app when I tried to reinstall all the lamps in the wiz app.. Then they came online after a few minutes

I contacted wiz support. The solution was to unlink the integration with Homey in the Wiz app and relink it again.
