My Homey Pro (2019) is not creating a Wi-Fi network during the recovery process.
I have already tried:
• Holding it upside down while powering it on
• Waiting more than 10 seconds
• Using multiple USB cables and chargers (2A / 10W)
The LED ring turns purple/pink, but no Wi-Fi is ever broadcast.
I cannot reach setup.athom.com because the device never enters the pairing mode properly
Everything is handled per mobile app, see post I quoted below;
Using setup.athom.com is quite old news.

Entering Recovery Mode
- Make sure Homey is powered on in the upright position. Homey should be powered on for at least half a minute before continuing.
- To enter Recovery Mode, turn Homey upside down.
