Why could not connect to Homey (ws://172.17.0.1:30000)?

I’ve created, validated and published my app by homey cli.

In ‘Developer Tools’, the app’s state is ‘Processing failed’.

When I try ‘homey app run’, got error as below: industrial-table

hook@win10-pc05:/mnt/d/code/homey/com.alfred-iot$ homey app run

Could not connect to Homey (ws://172.17.0.1:30000).

My guess would be that you’re trying to create a Homey Cloud app and don’t have a Homey Pro, is that correct?

Are you running the nodejs cli and Docker on the same computer?
Do you recognise 172.17.0.1 as your local IP?

The last lines I get when using Docker are:
