White noise when Homey speaks

Hi,

Just bought a new Homey and I guess there might be a problem.
When Homey speaks there is a white noise at the end of the phrase.
When you do it repeatedly, the noise occurs at the same place of the phrase and goes until the end of the phrase.
Changing language file does not help.
Is it a defective unit?

On this forum it is called: PTP ( pull the Plug for ten minutes an put it back, wait patiently until Homey has started up, and try again ).

This is a known problem. Indeed, if it’s consistent, do a PTP.
But sometimes it also occurs occasionally when Homey is busy in the background.
