I have an energy dongle connected to my homey pro 2023. I also have a Zappi charger and my car is charging now. However I don’t see a car / charger in the picture. What is it I do wrong?

In my energy tab I’m suddenly missing the indication that my EV is charging. The garagedoor is also closed. It used to work but at a certain moment it stoped. Something changed in the energy tab with one the releases?
I think it should reappear once it reports some energy usage, at least that’s what I hope as mine has vanished as well 
It sounds I”m not the only one…
In the energyusage you see in the right bottom the EV charging @ 2,5k. The garagedoor is closed though…
Same here, was working perfect before update now garage is closed. Using wallbox laadpaal app.

Same problem here while it was working before. I am using a HomeWizard 3 Phase energymeter to measure the energy usage for my EV. Device is marked as ‘EV-charger’ in the settings.
I have the same problem, car is not showing in the energy tab. But the usage of the charger is shown in the list of the most using devices.
Same here. My BMW iX3 is not showing, nor is my Easee charger… What can be done to show them?
How does this work? It seems to be a more generic issue with the EV charger not showing during charging, since multiple people experience the same problem in different situations.
Do we have to wait and hope somebody from Athom will read the message and act on it, or is there a direct way to address this to Athom?

I have both charger and EV car connection to homey but it’s disappearing from the energy screen.
Charge Amps and Hyundai ioniq 5.

When I follow the route via your link, I always end up at the community forum (this forum).
Athom are aware of the issue and it will require an update from the app developers once the new firmware is released.
