Yeah they obviously try to make it harder to get to the actual support form, probably due to the backlog;
Just hit My Homeys > “your Homey” and then hit More > Other and scroll down:

is there already a solution for this problem. I don’t see my easee charger anymore. But a closed garage door
Same here on my iPhone. On my (old) iPad however the car+charger is still present..?
Obviously, Athom needs to solve this.
I did send in a ticket, and I assume more people have done the same.
Have not heard from Athom yet.

This car button is not the ev charger! And the car will be available from FW 12.4.4, so 
It was never shown, jush in the mockups.

It looks that the latest update, 12.4.5, has solved this problem.
My garagedoor is open again etc. 
I still not see my connected Hyundai ev and charge amps aura charger, how do I get it back?
What firmware version are you currently running on?
and which Homey software version?
My homey on v12.4.8 and charge amps app V4.1.8
The charger Aura on V147 (OCPP 1.6)
Maybe you can update the homey app to a beta versio(on iOS with TestFlight ) currently version 9.3.0
I have android V9.3.0 beta.
Contact Homey support, some Ev chargers are not supported yet
