Ikea Bilresa scroll wheel on Matter

Connecting the New Ikea button directly to HA and Homey give different results, which is super weird being it a Matter device. (I dont have the Ikea Hub) In HA i can only set the button press (9 total) and in Homey I can only set up the movement of the scroll wheel (up or down). The scroll wheel is pretty unusable as it is very slippery, no idea if it is actually moving or not. The button press in HA is also not consistent, sometimes it works, sometimes not.
