What manufactorers does Homey bridge support?

Reading about Bridge, Homey announce that it supports 50000 products from 1000 manufactorers. In the app I can’t see that it supports more than maybe 50 different manufactorers? Anyone knows why the difference is so big?

For me I’m missing support for the following brands:

Tuya smart
Adax
Xiaomi home
Tapo

Have anyone succeded to connect any of these brands to Bridge?

And one last thing. As I understands it, with Homey Pro it looks like it’s possible to control Google Home connected devices. From my understanding this function isn’t possible with Bridge or?

(You’d read better :blush: , while ‘Bridge’ is only a hardware extension to Homey premium/cloud, to add local radio’s like zigbee, zwave etc).

Why they advertise A, but sell B? You really have to ask Athom. This is just a user forum.
(This does not mean I agree with the marketing)

Athom wants companies, or brands, to create and publish apps for Homey premium/cloud, with paying an annual fee of €100
So, most community apps will never be made available for this platform.
Also Athom stated it should be usable for average Joe, so pretty much all ‘Tools’ category apps won’t be allowed, and apps with a ‘difficult’ configuration.
Also, local wifi can’t be used. The bridge’s wifi is only usable for the connection to your modem/router and to Homey premium/cloud.

Tuya Cloud app needs a pretty complex configuration;
The app is also is not actively maintained atm;
Tuya company seems not interested in Homey premium or Pro apps. They told me “there’s already a Home Assistant integration, with no recent plans to support the Homey platform”.

Unknown to me. It’s called “Adax wifi” says the app store; and local wifi is just not possible at all.

Not sure what you mean, Aqara (= a Xiaomi brand?) has an app suited for Homey premium + bridge.

Unknown to me, and also there’s no app at all in the app store
