On June 19, 2025, there was a problem with Homey’s cloud connections. Since then, Shelly devices, Home Wizard, Broadlink thermostats, and Matter thermostats have not updated their values. Shellys can no longer be connected at all. All devices work with their own apps. Restarting the apps and Homey did not help, and updating it to the latest version did not help. Has anyone else had the same problem and is there a solution to this problem?
Try whether restarting your router and (all) WiFi access points helps. Followed by a Homey restart.
