They should leave possibility to choose what GUI you want.
Small upgrade but in the right direction
haha. now the contrast is a bit better but the difference between active and inactive tiles are not visible (for dark mode)! ![]()
Like in the mobile app, the active devices have a slightly lighter shade of gray. Though, the difference in shade is indeed not as clear as before.
Why donât they make the entire background a color like yellow when a device that has on/off/play (actionable) capability turns ON instead of the light gray? Would be so much easier to spot. Iâm sure there is a reason I just donât know what it is.
Readability of text in grey still horrible regardless of light/dark mode. Amateurish.
The presentation of window or door contacts is strange to me.
For example, it shows âContactâ when the window is open.
I would prefer the text to show âOpenâ or âCloseâ.
Would even be nicer if you had the option to configure your own labels per alarm.
E.g. in my case I am using a water sensor as a binary switch for a pressure sensor in my bed. This sensor sets my sleep state in Homey. Since it is a water sensor, the label on the tile indicates âwater alarmâ. I would like to change that to a more meaningful pressure/occupancy related label. Now Homey seems to think that I am wetting my bed
.
How do you change back to the old version of the web ui?
Use the local web app, http://homey.ip.address/
Only thatâll work until it gets an update as well. Then weâre fucked supposed to get used to it ![]()
