Web App Not usable with Touchscreen

Hi
I’ve been the happy owner of a Homey Pro for a few days now.

Unfortunately, I found that the web app cannot be used properly via a touch screen. The problems are particularly noticeable when creating the Advanced flows, but they affect the entire interface.

I was actually looking forward to being able to create Advanced Flows on my iPad. That would be a great thing, especially when using the pen. But it’s not possible to use it properly with either a pen or a finger.
Unfortunately, this is very disappointing, especially as no Advanced Flows can be created via the native app.

PS: Apparently the same backend is used for the community page as for the web app interface so that the operating problems also occur here…

Has anyone else noticed this?

I use the iPad a lot for creating/changing advanced flows.
Even with just the touch screen. Yes, you need to get the hang of it, where to click exactly, and you cannot do a right click, but for the majority of the work it is fine for me. Also for larger flows.
When I use my mouse I can also right-click.
Only for very large flows I use my computer because I have more oversight there.

On my Android tablet, even on my Android phone, I can edit adv flow without any issue, by using an additional USB/Bluetooth mouse next to touch. You’ll need to use both.
F.i. right-click = longpress
F.i. hovering the :information_source: or tag symbol on flowcards: first click into any other card, next, click and hold on the :information_source: or tag symbol.

I know Android is not Iphone, but a web app is a web app?

Yes, it also works on the iPad or iPhone with an additionally connected mouse. But that is not the purpose. I would like to be able to operate the web app properly using the touchscreen alone.

Ah ok! I think in solutions, and I’m happy I can use it on mobile devices this way

Athom keeps stating it’s designed to use on big(ger) screens + mouse, I don’t think they are going to change anything, if possible at all > meaning, maybe some things just can’t be done solely by touch, like “hovering” and drawing lines.

I can edit the advanced flows on my android tablet but it is not that easy. Sometimes you have to click somewhere else before making a connection line and sometimes not.
I use a android tablet Tab S10 Ultra with the pen.

Is this the same question?

Sure, the web app can also be used somehow on the iPad. The point is that the “somehow” has to be 100% sensible and purely via touch and not via some makeshift solution with an additional connected mouse and so on.
And yes, the other entry is also from me, but it’s not a question, but a suggestion / idea for improvement.
