As you may know if you own the latest electric Volvo, the new app has no support to Homey what I can find.

There is a Homey Community App Requests topic where you can request an app.
Please make sure you make the request with the provided template, to make sure all needed information is provided.

there is a Volvo on Call App.
It seems to be quite generic about Volvo electric vehicles. If it does not work you might get contact to the developer via github..
Be aware, it is a community app, so private enthuiasts working on it. They do their work when and if they can.
