Is there a way to make a flow with “time between” or “time is after sunset” other than this example
It’s possible with the Sun Events app. But this app works just with a Homey Pro.

However: that card is not valid after midnight (new day); is best to use the “it is daytime” card inverted, it becomes “it is nighttime”:
If you’re specifically looking for triggers related to sunrise or sunset, the Zonnestanden app is a good solution.
It offers many cards, including one with the condition “between two sun event moments.”
For example, I’ve used it as an AND card that checks if the time is between 60 minutes before sunset and sunset
