I’m having real issues with the Pulse App. My system has gone haywire. I’ve factory reset the system and Uponor have deleted my account so I can start again - but I keep getting this message when I try to log in. I’ve gave the system from new in the house for 8 years and no issues previously
Which Homey are you using? You say the system has been working for eight years, so you must have an Early Homey Pro?
This a community forum for Homey home automations. And the Homey app for Uponor Smatrix App for Homey | Homey has been around only for a few months.
Uponor Smartmatrix Pulse. The module was upgraded about 4 years ago with the WiFi based system. I use the Uponor Smatrix Pulse App
So you do not have a Homey? Then I’m afraid you may be asking in the wrong place as this is the community forum for Homey Pro and Homey Cloud based home automation.
