My first steps on Homey (cloud for starters) and I want to enable homey Premium in the app but it tells me “Purchase not available” or in dutch “Aankoop niet beschikbaar” .
Nowhere I can find a cause or solution for this except for one person claiming to have the problem with his Huawei and claiming to have resolved it using another device (an emulated device in that case) .
I’ve checked my Google Play (android device = Fairphone) payment options and they are allright (an active and OK creditcard connected to Play)
Anyone that knows how to fix this? Haven’t tried another device yet because of the hassle…
Facing same problem. First it showed and I clicked and it went to Google play store and for some reason I cancelled it as I wanted to redo at later time. Second time onwards it says “Purchase not available”.
Indeed. Athom can fix it as they did for me as I recall. On community fora people are able to help you and in a lot of cases faster then companies can: I hope this thread i.e. is helpful and will help you contact Athom wihtout further delays. Cheers.
