This night I upgraded to 12.4.9 on Homey Pro 2023. After that, some of my Aqara devices (via external Aqara hub and added as Thread/Matter devices) stopped working, although the devices are responding correctly in the native Aqara app.
Any ideas?

Have you tried the âgood oldâ PtP: Take the power off Homey for 10 minutes.

Odd. Were you running v12.4.8 before this?
v12.4.9 is just a minor z-wave fix:
v12.4.8 did have a lot of Matter fixes::

PtP hielp niet.
If you created an offline backup prior to the update, you can revert to v12.4.8
I would recommend to also report your problem to support.

Hi Joep, I canât help you with your issue but perhaps you may help me with mine. You mentioned you run Aquara devices via the Aquara hub. How does this work? I thought I have to conect the devices either to the Aquara hub or to Homey. So when I connected the devices to Homey, they disappeared from the Aquara Hub/app. Any suggestion? Thanks! Thorsten

Try to expose to Matter!
Than copy the Matter code and pair Matter device with homey. When you succeed, all devices will automatically pair with homey.
I donât understand why you think it is a Thread issue as all devices using the Aqara hub donât use Homeyâs radios, but use the network to use Matter.
Cause my knowledge of Domotics is pretty basic, hence the question.
Donât really understand the tone of your question.
As I explained: If you connect a device using the Aqara HUB you donât use Homeyâs Thread Radio or Homeâs Thread implementation.
Therefore Changes in Update 12.4.9 Can 't be related to " Thread issues? " in your report of issues as you describe in your Topic Title.
So pls change the Topic if you know what the Issue is.

Contacted support. Update 12.5.0 should fix the issue and that would make it possible to repair the devices.
