Tuya Wireless Scene Switch 20/53 - Homey 'lost it'

Can anyone think of a reason where a Tuya Wireless Zigbee 4 Way Scene Switch which was working yesterday is suddenly ‘lost’ by Homey including its definition of what it was.

And on re-adding it Homey no longer knows what it is and can’t see the four buttons on it.

It was working yesterday.

Not touched Homey. But noticed Homey had ‘lost’ it.

Is it possible an App was updated and the config for the device was deleted?

What did the app developer say? What does the app store page say on when the app was last updated?

You can check yourself if an app has been updated in the App Store (I assume you use the Tuya Cloud app):

It was ‘user’ error - Mia culpa …

I just added a new zigbee light switch to control the yard floodlight - looking for a driver for it and it pointed to the Tuya Zigbbe app - without engaging brain Install the App.

It stomped over the Beta version that was installed that supported the wireless switches

I have restored the Beta app and that should fix the issue.
