Tuya products are uncontrolable!

Hello Community!

I bought Homy Pro thinking that it would connect with all the smart home products I’ve. Unfortunately, I’ve a lot of Tuya products that I’ve added. However, homy pro cannot know the type of the product. Additionally, when I add them it syas that I cannot control them!.

Do you have any idea how to solve this issue ?

You can add them as an Unknown device and use these Flow cards to control it and get status updates.

I have 3 Tuya wall plugs that were recognized. Had to connect them using Tuya app on Android first, then used the Homey Tuya integration to add them to Homey.

I then changed the Plugged In parameter for them to Light from Other in the Device in Homey.

It should automatically populate those in the list. Which one you should pick depends on what you want to use/control in your Flow.

When you click on the Device card, a window opens with a Gear icon in the top right. That gives you access to parameters and some info about the device.

This is what I can see, but I cannot change anything except for the icon and name.

I did, but there is nothing I can do or edit here.

You need to check in the web app, not everything is visible in the mobile app.

These are the specifications, I cannot edit or do anything with it. Is’t going to be used for flow or what exactly? I’m now on Homy Pro. I need to activate them with one press, similar to my other LG & Samsung devices. All devices from Tuya have been synced with their name, but Homy doesn’t recognize them, and there is no action I can do to activate them
