Where are there basic instructions for features within Flow, like Notifications or Alarms? When I search for these within the Knowledge Database, or on this board, I get nothing. Neither Homey app, nor the web page give any results.

As you’ve discovered, it’s about managing the android / ios notification settings, to make it happen. Not Homey app related.
