Hi there,
after 10 years on 2 other SmartHome systems, I did recently decide to switch to homey.
While it has sadly no Schellenberg support, the seemingly support for Homematic/IP was a core reason. Great bunch of devices from eQ3 - while still a mix from different manufacturers and technologys.
Now, I did try to install homematic:
I used this App
Homematic | Homey V 1.09
on Homey 13.1.0 in CCU Jack mode.
While I did read about this one, as well and still can´t find out why it is there, what is the difference and why to chose one, not coming up in App search:
Homematic | Homey (Test)
On the App, a Wiki is mentioned - did not find one.
Starting with a brandnew Homey Pro and CCU3 (about 10 devices of 3 types, supported)
I did find however, this tutorial, which I did walk trough:
MQTT Setup · LRuesink-WebArray/homey-matic Wiki · GitHub
From my perspective, CCU3 looks good and after configuration, the log of the app has nothing fancy or that would explain (for me) the problem, espacialy compared to unconfigured.
Restart of app service done, btw.
Now, if I add a new device I can choose homematic devices and the CCU3 is found.
If I then click add, it says that no device is found. ![]()
I did deactive all security settings on the CCU for troubleshooting purposes, but no change here.
Any advice?
Or is there even something like a wiki?
Cheers,
Ralf
PS: no, reboot does not fix it. ![]()
