Translate infrared signal

I would have liked to make an app to translate two infrared signals.

The idea is that I can control the TV more or less with another remote control.

(Philips TV but would like to operate remote control with old Grundig remote control.)

I know how to get the ir codes of the buttons on the right and wrong remotes.

Can someone help me to get a homey pro to receive the Grundig ir signal and if he gets the signal trigger an as card.

And then send the philips signal out from homey itself.

Or is there already an app for this?

With the Grundig remote you can use this:

Infrared receiver to trigger flow in Homey (Pro)
