Transfer from Futurehome to Homey Pro

Quickly jumping in here as the developer of the Futurehome integration! The issue with the Charge is that it doesn’t enable Zigbee pairing by itself, and requires a specific Bluetooth command to be executed before it enables pairing mode. Within the native Futurehome Android app this is only possible when you have the Futurehome hub connected with your account and online, which is quite inconvenient (but obviously still possible if you have the hub lying around).

That’s why we’ve added the Charge Setup device. This device will connect with your Charge using Bluetooth, but because of that you will need to have your Homey on a place near enough to be able to create a connection. If a connection still cannot be made, it might help to toggle the power feed of the Charge. You can also confirm whether the Charge BLE can be found using your phone if you like. When successfully added it offers a big button that, when clicked once, should enable Zigbee pairing mode, after which you can add the Charge to Homey using the non-setup driver which brings the actual functionality. Once the Zigbee pairing has been made the Charge Setup device can be removed from your Homey.

We’re also looking into bringing the installer options to configure the grid type (TN, IT) and absolute maximum power rating option to the setup device.
