Transfer from Futurehome to Homey Pro

Quickly jumping in here as the developer of the Futurehome integration! The issue with the Charge is that it doesn’t enable Zigbee pairing by itself, and requires a specific Bluetooth command to be executed before it enables pairing mode. Within the native Futurehome Android app this is only possible when you have the Futurehome hub connected with your account and online, which is quite inconvenient (but obviously still possible if you have the hub lying around). Futurehome Charge

Adding the Futurehome Charge to Homey works a bit different from normal devices as it will only enter pairing mode when a specific Bluetooth command is received. To pair the Charge:

• Initiate setup by adding the “Charge Setup” device to Homey.
• You might need to toggle the power feed of the Charge before it can be detected by Homey.
• Be aware that Bluetooth range is limited compared to Zigbee, so you might need to place your Homey (Bridge) closer to the Charge.
• If the grid type for your Charge wasn’t configured already, you can now do so using the settings of the “Charge Setup” device.
• Click the “Start Zigbee Pairing” button in the “Charge Setup” device to enable Zigbee pairing on the Charge.
• Start the actual setup by adding the “Charge” device to Homey, and your Charge will be added to Homey.
• When paired make sure that the connected phase setting is correct as it cannot be detected automatically. You will need to restart the Futurehome app for the changes to be propagated correctly.
• You can now safely remove the “Charge Setup” device from Homey.
• Now, you can use your Charge as any other device for control, Flow automation, Insights and Energy!
