jetzt hätt ich gerne das es nur gedimmt wird zwischen 23.00 und 5.00 Uhr sonst eben 100 %

First of all it should be clear under which conditions it should be dimmed to 40 % or 100 %.
With the additional conditions “brightness < 8” and “after sunset” the conditions may overlap with the time (23:00 - 05:00).
But of course all conditions are possible, but then you have to create more flows.

Simply create two flows that are triggered by time:
11 pm -> Dim to 40%
5 am -> Dim to 100%
And while you’re at it, you can do this for all (relevant) dimmable lights.
Do the bulbs turn on, when the light lvl is changed through flow?
Do you have already a homey?
Just write a little flow and test it, then you know the answer.

Fand die Idee gut und habe mich gefragt, ob das vllt irgendwie möglich, dass es geändert werden kann, ohne dass die Lampe sich einschaltet:)
Dann bleibt wohl nur der Weg über Variablen, die das Lvl anwenden, wenn die Lampen an sind.
