I have been using a Tado V3 thermostat together with their smart radiator valves. And recently I bought a Homey Pro and wanted to start using Tado devices from the Homey app.
Adding them is no issue, however I’ve noticed a strange design when it comes to user experience. The desired temperature is show in the device badge and thermostat widget, even when the device is turned off. This makes it so that there is no visual distinction between the device being turned off and the room temperature being higher than the desired temperature. Is it just me or does it make way more sense to just not display the desired temperature while the device is off? Because even if the room temperature drops below the desired temperature, the device won’t do anything.
I my eyes this could be a simple visual change that makes for a big improvement in user experience, certainly because I always adjust my thermostats manually per room (rather than using preset schedules).
