The energy consumption data for the Sonoff S60ZBTPF is not reflected in Energy

I have several Sonoff S60ZBTPF units, but the energy consumption data and graphs aren’t showing up in Energy. I’ve checked that they’re all connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

The Sonoff S60ZBTPF is a Zigbee and not a Wi-Fi SmartPlug…

The Wi-Fi version is named S60TPF:

You might want to double-check your information and, ideally, provide more details.
Do you use a Homey app to add the SmartPlugs to Homey? If so, which one?

Thank you for your reply. That’s right, it is Zigbee; I didn’t explain myself clearly. The procedure you describe is for pairing via eWelink, but I can’t pair it that way because I don’t have a Sonoff Zigbee bridge, and I only have the Homey Pro. Using the Sonoff app, StyraHem Sweden (official), the pairing with Homey works fine, but there is no reference to energy consumption in Energy; these consumption figures only appear if we go directly into Device

I have the same thing happening with this same Sonoff plug. But I also have the P1-meter and thinking about it make me think if the plug shows up in energy I will get double counting.

but expected it would show up, but did not just as in your case. Not found a solution for it :face_with_peeking_eye:

Your description was confusing because you mentioned, that “they” are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
I didn’t describe any procedure at all; I just asked some questions…

If I’ve translated the labels correctly, the total consumption in kWh is missing, right?
Perhaps one of the labels was simply mistranslated into Spanish?
Can you check if the “Energia Este mes” value matches the total consumption?

In any case, the app developer used the wrong capabilities for the consumption, as you can see from the icon in your screenshot. Actually, the icon should look like this:

I recommend contacting the app developer via the link below about the issue:

No, that shouldn’t be the case.

Each device is given a device class. For example, the P1 is given the device class “Smartmeter.” This allows Homey to differentiate whether the device is tracking energy consumption for the entire house or just for a single device.

It seems the developer is inactive, judging by a comment I saw on GitHub; I hope everything’s alright. I’ll get in touch with them anyway.

It’s a shame to rely on a product from a manufacturer like Sonoff & Homey and then run into these problems,

Thanks.

I don’t think the app developer is inactive. According to the changelog, the app was last updated on March 29, 2026. From my own experience with this app, I can say that it is updated periodically at longer intervals.

As far as I know, the manufacturer Sonoff isn’t involved in app development at all. The same applies to Athom, the company behind Homey.

Approximately 80-90% (that’s my personal assessment!) of all Homey apps are developed by private, unpaid Homey users. The remaining apps are programmed by Athom itself, by service providers (some of whom are commissioned by Athom, afaik), or by the device manufacturers themselves.
However, Athom takes no responsibility whatsoever for apps that are not developed by themselves.

The same thing happens to me. No Sonoff plug appears in the consumption report on Energy.
I have the wifi and zigbee version. At now im replacing my sonoff devices for Shelly.

Has anyone tried adding the Sonoff Zigbee Smart Plug without the Homey Sonoff app? Don’t know if it’s possible by deactivating the Sonoff App.
Because in principle, Zigbee Smart Plugs work even without the Homey app. However, in that case, only power and total consumption are likely to be supported and not volt (V) or ampere (A).
