Devices with energy consumption don't appear in or don't transmit to energy-tab

Goodmorning. I have several devices that measure current and total W and kWh. One is the ISG Web modbus from Stiebel for my heatpump and another are smartplugs through Smartlife (from Tuya).

Within Homey (Pro 2023), the ISG Web modbus as a device shows the - per 1000 - current and total consumption, but shows a “-” in the energy-tab.

The smartplugs from Smartlife show as a device also the right current and total consumption, but don’t appear at all in the energy-tab.

Is there a solution or is this work in progress?

Thanks, Hans

Just a thought: if you go to the Advanced Settings in the device’s tile, is the option ‘Exclude from Energy’ set correctly? It should be set to No in order for the device to be shown in the Top Consumers section of the Energy tab.

You mention Smartlife, but which Homey app do you use?
Are those Wifi or zigbee enabled devices?

If it’s the Tuya Community app: it won’t get updated to comply with the new energy tab, because it’s not actively maintained for several years now.
At least not until anyone adds it to that app by means of a P(ull)R(equest).

.

You’ll have to discuss with the app developer, maybe something’s missing in the app code regarding the new energy tab.
App support links can be found at the app page at the Homey app store.

Thanks! It is set to no. I should have mentioned this in my post. Sorry
