Temperature Probe for Hot Water Recirculation System

Does anyone have any recommendations for temperature probes that can reliably be integrated into Homey Pro to monitor water temperature in copper or PEX plumbing systems? I want to monitor a hot water recirculating loop and shut off the pump when the water hits a preset temperature.

I apologize if this has been covered in another post - I may have missed it…

Thank you! This got me on the right track.
I picked up a Shelly 1 Plus, a Shelly Add-on Plus, and some DS18B20 Sensors. This combination of units should do exactly what I need. Now I just need to get the recirculation loop plumbing done…
