Unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience. The Hub 3 is very good, provided you use other Switchbot devices.
The remote controls are useless with Homey. I bought two of them straight away and have since thrown them away.
But I can reassure you: even Shelly’s new remote control (the one with the dial) is useless with Homey. Homey doesn’t even recognise it.
