Yes that one , developer version. Too much as it never get full load
The most stripped down version v1 is more then sufficient, I never got it to more then 95% load .
Pro and super are overkill unless you run a appartement building on it. 
Depends on what ur running on it me guess. I see lots of peeps wit a lot of flows with like “every 1 minute” and “when power changes” . In the beginning i had like 300% load all the time and now like 90% on a 2016 model.
True, it does require some fancy coding and combining in flows. Not all users are that savvy
