Strange behavior in HomeKit. using the Homeykit App

I have a problem with roller shutters within the HomeKit. I can close these manually or with scenes, but I am unable to open them and HomeKit .I have already reinstalled the HomeKit application. This has not helped. My roller shutters are from Fibaro. Within the homey app I can use them in scenes without a problem. What I found to be very strange, when I go into the module in HomeKit I can use the slider to open or close them. Any help would be much appreciated. By the way, calibration was as well done more than once on all.
