Sonoff ZBM5

Dear Homey Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I recently purchased 15 SONOFF ZBM5 Zigbee wall switches for my home installation, including several 2-gang and 3-gang models. My intention is to pair them directly with my Homey Pro in order to keep the setup fully local without relying on a SONOFF bridge.

However, I noticed several reports from users stating that when the ZBM5 multi-gang switches are paired directly via Zigbee, Homey only recognises them as a single-gang device and does not expose the additional channels.

Could you please confirm whether this is still a known limitation in 2026?

If so, is official support for the ZBM5 series currently planned in the Homey SONOFF app, or is there any upcoming firmware/app update that will allow proper local support for the 2-gang and 3-gang models without requiring a bridge?
