Just ordered one in China for 25€ and it is working like a charme with the Sonoff app 1.75. It also displays water-consumption as actual and accumulated water consumption. Now sure how this is being calculated but the data is available.
One more note, the measurement of water flow is dynamic based on flow. I changed the flow and saw values from between 5 and 12l / min. Great value for this small price.
