I have been struggling with my Homey going offline. I determined it happened after an update or a power outage. I have found that the Eero 6 router connects the device to the 5 GHz band. The device appears to be connected to the router, but it does not function or connect to the app. I found a 5 GHz disable on the router. When disabled, Homey remained connected and continued to work as usual. It has taken a remarkable amount of time to find this solution, and I would like to notify all Homey users of this situation. This is a common problem, and support should be made aware. I have purchased a Wi-Fi extender that allows a 2.4 GHz SSID naming to solve the problem, as the eero 6 router does not allow separate SSID naming.
