SolarEdge App - device unavailable

SolarEdge is listed in my overview of devices. It displays the wattage, but every second the image jumps and a red triangle with an exclamation mark appears. If I then click on that SolarEdge, you normally see the power generated for, say, today, etc… However, “Device Unavailable, Bad Gateway” briefly appears.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?
The SolarEdge app itself on my phone works normally otherwise.

I have the same problem as @Gamespel mentioned above. It started after installing “Homey firmware 13.3.0-rc.15”

Before this firmware version there was no problem with the SolarEdge app On Homey.

I have a Homey Pro 2023. Already restarted Homey en restarted the SolarEdge several times but the problem stayed.

For a 5 seconds the tiles are showing the correct value then it changes to a red exclamation mark for 1 second an then turn back to the correct value again.

“Bad Gateway” is a server error, there’s nothing you can do to fix it. It means that the webserver wasn’t able to reach the upstream, you can’t fix it yourself. I would recommend contacting SolarEdge

Why contacting SolarEdge? The SolarEdge app itself is working fine on phone…

The SolarEdge app on your phone probably uses a different API than Homey. But this is 100% a server issue

Don’t think it’s a Homey firmware issue. I am seeing exactly the same and am on 13.2

Nothings changed, but the problem is gone…
