Solar Edge app foutmelding

Dear reader,

Last few days the official Solar Edge app reports that it cannot find the device. Ik get this error more then 60 times per hour

When I click on it I get the report Apparaat onzichtbaar (Device not available) and Error Getting Site Energy Overview.

I have the latest version of everything, I restarted Homey and the wireless network (Homey itself is wired), but nothing helps. I also haven’t added anything recently. The iOS SolarEdge app doesn’t show any error messages.

Does this sound familiar to anyone, where should I be looking?

I have the same issue, restarted everything, although I’m running the SolarEdge via LAN. It happend after the last update.

Values are still showing but the red triangle appears every 3-5 seconds.

I do not see the error any more. It left like it came… do you still have this problem?

Somehow, after a few days the problem was gone. I’m not 100% sure when it disappears but nevertheless, it’s gone.

In the period between the error and the disappearing of the error, no updates were achieved neither on Homey or SolarEdge so to my opinion, it’s a mystery.

It is back again…

Posting here makes no sense if only the app developer can say / do something about ongoing issues.

If one likes to have the dev looking into it, it’s best to follow the directions as mentioned at the app store page:
