Smart valves for floor heating/cooling

Hello, I’ve this setup at home:

  • 2 floors
  • each flor has a set of valves
  • both sets can activate a relais that turns on the heat pump that produces cold/hot water (depending on the heating or cooling mode)

I’d like to integrate the system in homey pro by replacing the valves, anyone knows if there’s a smart valves system from the floor heating/cooling?

Which motorized valves + controller for manifold heating with Homey Pro?

Most plumbing systems use mains operated valves. When power is applied to the valve, a small motor opens the valve and keeps it open. When power is removed, a spring closes the valve again. Typically, opening the valve operates a microswitch which activates the heat source.

If that’s your situation, you don’t need to replace the valves. Just use a smart relay or smart plug to connect to each valve.
