SHS subscription lapsed, now I can't use it at all

Not super happy with this, but I don’t know if anyone can help because it’s account related but so far I’ve had radio silence from Homey support so I’m trying here.

I recently tried the Homey Self Hosted product for 30 days, my subscription expired but I have decided I would like to continue to use the product so have restarted my subscription.

However, the Android app now gives me a “Subscription Expired” message with seemingly no way to get around it.

I can’t remove the homey from the Android app because there is an active subscription and I can’t remove the subscription because it’s active so I’m going to either be out of pocket or waste a month on a subscription I can’t even use.

I don’t know what you’ve tried already, but maybe below is helpful:

  • uninstall Homey app from smartphone
  • make sure all data of the app is removed (maybe some cloud storage?)
  • install the app

Ohhhh… I couldn’t access it via the web app but rebooting the server seems to have worked, awesome thanks!
