SHS licensing issues?

Ok, I need help. I’ve somehow really stepped in it here. I had Homey SHS running on my TrueNas server for a little bit along side my Homey Pro 2023. I’ve been experimenting with it because I have a lot of sensors and flows and I’m betting I’m reaching the limit of the 4 gb of RAM on the 2023 Pro, so I’ve decided to go all-in on SHS. However, I decided it may work better on my Mac mini since my TrueNAS server is already doing quite a bit. So I shut down SHS on TrueNAS and spun it up on my Mac mini. Well, for one reason or another, (Frankly I’ve spent so long troubleshooting this one thing that I’ve forgotten how I got here) I had to uninstall and then reinstall SHS on my Mini and ever since then, this is the screen I get. It appears to have something to do with the license, so I tried MANY times to “Manage Subscription” and every time, it send me to a log in screen, so I log in, and then it says I don’t have any subscriptions. Back and forth, back and forth. So fine, I bought the lifetime subscription hoping that would backdoor it. Nope! So now I’m out $150 and can’t get it to work at all. What’s the fix here? What am I missing?

You definitely should contact Athom, a license is a license imho, and the migration possibly is a bit buggy on the license part. I’m sure they’ll help you out.

I think I figured it out. It was an issue with my Mac. I had to dig into the files a bit and purge some files that were left over from my first attempt to install SHS on it. Thanks
