After reading the post of @Emile about mounting his iPad Pro (How I wall-mounted my iPad Pro) I’m looking for more inspiration!

  • Which tablet / display are you using (brand / model / resolution)?
  • How did you mounted the tablet/display (wall mount / desk stand)?
  • How do you regulate the power supply (smart plug / motion sensor / flows)?

Following this thread with interest. For now I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8. But the experience isn’t fluent, it’s lagging a lot when refreshing. So would love to see some inspiration for (affordable) tablets in which the dashboard runs nicely.

I’m using a Galaxy Tab S4 with the original Samsung pogo dock. This way I can easely take the tablet from the charger for using it for other stuff.

I made a cheap wall closet from mango wood Cutting boards and some black coated iron mounts for I guess €30,-.

I really enjoy making a dashboard. I mounted an iPad where the thermostat was (flush-mounted box) with a USB keystone in it for the charger. created a flow in which the charger is turned on and off by the battery percentage of the iPad.

It doesn’t matter what size.

It’s a plastic mount that you stick on the back of the tablet.
