Tengo este mando Shelly BLU RC 4 button Zigbee que se supone que es tanto Bluetooth como Zigbee. Le pulso 5 veces al mando y se pone a parpadear en morado eso significa que está intentando sincronizar durante un minuto en protocolo Zigbee. Homey Pro lo reconoce y lo sincroniza pero no sabe entender que eso es un mando con baterías no un dispositivo tipo. Tengo otras botoneras iguales pero al conectarlas por bluetooth si que funcionana bien y las reconoce como botón o mando. Alguien sabe como solucionarlo. También he comprado por si acaso un relé 1 GEN 4 que tiene protocolo Zigbee y sirve como pasarela o como enrutador. A este relé sí que he podido conectar Homey sin problema mediante Zigbee, pero el problema con el que Shelly BLU RC 4 button Zigbee persiste.
Do I understand you correctly that you try to pair this device with Homey in Zigbee?
This device does not (yet) seem to be supported in Zigbee mode by both the:
- Current Shelly app for Homey: Shelly | Homey, and
- New Shelly Control app for Homey (still in test): Shelly Control | Homey
