Already explained in this topic.
in short: IN2 is on a different channel then IN1 where the main controller chip automatically sends information to when no channel information is added, IN2 needs that additional channel added to it so the main controller chip know it is for IN2.
IN1 can also be a long command if you want, but it is just not necessary.

Hi. I had a similar problem today when I tried to re-add my Smart Implant in unsecure mode.
I did not find a software fix for the problem but after deleting the device and Connect again, the problem was fixed.
I’m picking this thread back up because I’m still struggling with the same issue. Input 1 and Input 2 both trigger the outputs, regardless of which one I use. I can’t seem to figure out how to send the configuration parameters correctly to my Smart Implant — maybe something has changed since this was last discussed.
I’ve managed to send the parameter that puts the output into impulse mode (no need to explain that here), but I still can’t separate the inputs from the outputs. What I want is for the inputs to work independently so I can use them with door magnets on my door without them triggering the relay outputs.
Could you clarify the current way to send these parameters, or if there are any updated methods?
Hi,
Did you connect the Smart Implant “Unsecured” ?
These Configuration Commands you send are only accepted by the Smart Implant when it is connected “Unsecured”. Use PIN 00000 to connected it Unsecured.
