Seams Like flow's not runing anymore?

fkows not running?

Which Homey do you use? Homey Pro or Homey Cloud? Does it affect all Flows? Which devices do you use? Already tried rebooting Homey (in case of Homey Pro)?

Have you checked your Homey firmware version and app versions? Are any of your devices needing an update?

Do you use any experimental apps?

Does it affect all devices and flows or just some?

I have noticed a few of my flows run but miss the odd zigbee devices.

Eg I have a bedtime flow where all downstairs lights and sockets turn off. I have had this since the start of my Homey and it always works.

Last week or so however it triggered the flow but one or two of the sockets stay on. Its not always the same socket either but its always the same type and in the same room. In the device history its showing the socket was switched off in the flow, but thats not the case. If i run the flow again it usually works, occasionally it takes a few attempts

Got fed up and Shifted all my zigbee off Homey now onto Zigbee2Mqtt and bridge them over to Homey.

Now they work. I can only assume its something small in the last firmware of either homey or the device app thats caused the issue.

Check all your devices and flows, check that a device is actually responding to Homey manually

Guess you did not report this to Athom.

All, just now today I am getting flows “hanging up”. When I try to edit an advanced flow the website stops responding. Refresh the page and it works for a bit, but as soon as I try to edit it gets stuck again.

I did a full restart.

Never had this before. Other people experiencing similar problems, or is it just me? The flow I am editing is fairly simple not too many cards, but I am calling a HomeyScript.

No sorry.

2 reasons tbh

  1. I wanted to move zigbee devices off the bridge anyway so I had one solid zigbee mesh in my home. I had too many devices for homey bridge to handle so started to move a while ago and its just been a slow process.

  2. Have you recently tried to submit a ticket to homey. 99% of the options say they cant help with one to one cases and to speak to the community. I understand they cant answer every single minor issue - of course, but it seems difficult to submit a ticket using the options available.

Whilst I will say recently they have been more responsive with support than they have with my previous experiences, I figured seeing as I wanted to make the move to z2mqtt anyway, id try that first. Meaning I couldn’t have follow up any requests for testing they had for me as possible solutions, id have spent longer with things not working and it would have ultimately been pointless for me.

Admittedly that doesn’t help anyone so I should have done!

Edit - ive followed up in an email about this as ive just read another post now about zigbee issues.

However the op didnt say this was a zigbee issue so this may be unrelated

Just select one of the “My … isn’t listed” boxes, it will take you straight to a submit form.
