Ah, those are ring camera’s, not doorbells. Seems snapshots for those are not supported by the app. Contact @denniedegroot and ask him if support is possible.
@denniedegroot, would this be possible?
@denniedegroot all help appreciated
@gy_1977 I have no idea. You have to try it out, the flow cards should be available to you.
@denniedegroot There is no ring flow cards for my camera in the ‘then’ section of the flow
This is my issue
@gy_1977 please create a issue at https://github.com/denniedegroot/com.ring/issues/new

What if the first flow does not give the images ?
That depends, what exact type of doorbell are you using, is it capable of providing the screenshots?
Yes, the doorbell takes a snapshot and it is send to my iPhone, however there is no one to see on the snapshots so it takes the snapshot after the person has already left in front of the doorbell
How did you determine the screenshot is too late?
I’m not exactly sure how it works, but it seems to me the screenshot is taken from the video that is available at movement.
Your ring records continuously(!) and saves a video of a motion event from roughly 2 seconds before the motion is detected with a duration of 30 seconds. What if the screenshot is taken from the start of the video, so in the 2 seconds before the motion was detected.
(I had to delay my screenshot because it was also ‘empty’ which makes me assume it works as I describe)
The same here.
I tried several delays:
0 seconds
1 second
2 seconds
3 seconds
5 seconds
7 seconds
With every setting the screenshot stays “empty”
Same problem adressed months ago!
Could you walk towards your Ring with a clock displayed on your Phone and keep it in front of the camera until you receive the push message with the snapshot?
Compare the time you receive the push message with the time on your phone.
Tried it, sends an empty screenshot after about 5 a 6 seconds while stopwatch on phone is running and in front of the camera
Ok, so the screenshot is not too late, since your phone is still in front of the camera.
What happens if you put something in view (a bag or something) leave it there and then 2 minutes later trigger the motion again to receive a snapshot.
Nor just because of this, but the paid subscription thing too this will be my only and last Ring product ever, there are other systems more flexible…and working!
Still an empty screenshot, strange thing is that in the evening and night i get an empty screenshot but can see on the screenshot that it is evening night or day

Can you check here: http://developer.athom.com/tools/images how many snapshots you have, over some time count the number of movements and check if the same number of new snapshots are added?
