Restart app when device is in error state

I use the LG WebOS plus addon to monitor my TV. For whatever reason my TV goes in error state, I restart the app and it is working again. I want to detect the error state, and if detected, that the LG WebOS plus addon is restarted.

Is this possible within Homey?

You can do that from an Advanced Flow. Use “Every 5 minutes” as the trigger and then pick a random condition card from the TV. Connect the error point to the “Restart app [LG WebOS Plus]” action card from the System category.

On a Homey Pro 2023 and newer the restart app-card is located in the Apps section of the THEN cards:
