Hi.
So…I have another newbie Q - I hope someone’s able to give me the answer I’m looking for
I got a message on my new app version today about some thing’s might not working. I promptly removed it from the submission Q and figured I’d properly read the message afterwards when I have time. A combination of teflon brain and more stress than I should make myself believe I can handle, and…I have no good recollection about the contents of the note. Extremely vaguely.
Is it possible to see this feedback when the app is no longer waiting for certification? I really hope it is, or that it’s at least possible to message someone and ask.
If you can help me out with how to get the contents of the message, I would be grateful!
Could you please tell me where to find it? I’ve checked again, and I cannot see it. If I click the link on the email I got, the page I come to also doesn’t have any notes about it.
If the message was via a diagnostics report then you should be able to find it in the developer portal where you publish the app. For each version there will be a column that shows the number of crashes and you can click on the number to a list of reports. Then click on show stack trace to view the report.
I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear, but this was from the people in Athom who are certifying apps. I got the comments back by resubmitting the same version, copying the text and then unsubmitting it.
