I started building up my Homey system with 2 Frient Entry Sensor Pro for now.
My Problem:
The variant with the “Any device” card randomly triggers the Timeline card.
The second variant, where I check each sensor individually, never does.
How is that possible? Looks almost like a bug in the “Any device alarm” card to me.
What do you mean by randomly? Assuming both sensors are part of your First Floor zone, any of the contact alarms will trigger this card.
The timeline notification card will not be executed if the previous card (push notification) errors. Do you get an error when manually testing each of the flows?
The second variant works fine. No false alarms.
Note: Both variants work as expected when a contact actually is open.
