Sorry for the stupid question - but as i am practicing with flows i need some guidance.
If i write flows for the same device like the below - could anyway please confirm that they will be treated as separate flows by Homey - i.e. i will receive a notification when the battery gets to 20% or I will receive a notification if the smoke detector detects smoke or I will receive notification if temp is too high?
I just want to ensure the notifications are not triggered only if the battery is 20%

Your example is perfectly ok. You can even have flows for different devices in the same advanced flow.
So your three different triggers (When) will be handled.
