QUIBINO Smart Meter - Heatpump - Does not show up in Energy

I have a QUIBINO Smart Meter (ZMNHTD) connected to my General Waterstage Air Water Heatpump - This is for sure the unit using the most energy in my house, but it does not Appear under Energy.

All other devices I have that can measure energy is listed, but not this one. But what do I do to get it listed and included in the total energy usage?

  • The device shows energy usage when I look at i directly.
  • The device is identified as heatpump (Varmepumpe in Norwegian)
  • The device has the advanced setting: Exclude from Energy: No

Do I have any other settings I have to do to include it (Everything else seems to have been added automatically)

I think this is due to the Qubino smart meeter being picked up as a full system meeter / phase meeter, not a specific device meeter. I have similar issues with my Qubino meeters, which I have solved by creating virtual devices using the Device Capabilities app, which ”reflect”/mirror the power usage of the Qubino - and can then be properly shown in the energy tab.

Once you have working virtual meeters, just set the real Qubino meeter to ”exclude from energy”, and you should be set.
