Well a month underway now. Contact with Athom was established a few days after handing in the request. Went through a range of do’s and don’ts, answered questions, made screenshots, did restarts, in-outlogs but the issue is still unsolved. Running a test version now via Testflight (version 9.3.0) but still no messages come in. But is still in process…
After a lot of correnspondence with the helpdesk without finding a solution I was asked to give my login credentials so they could do the testing in a Homey backoffice. After that the problem appears to be solved but my contact does not know what exactly the solution was. "Some setrting"have been changed. Glad that it works now and thanks for who took the trouble to loot into it. Though solved it remains a mystery to me what caused it. The helpdesk worked it out.
